When you submit the Contact or Catering Inquiry form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and message you enter. That information is sent to Southern Q by email so Mat can get back to you — it isn't stored anywhere else, sold, or shared with third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general traffic patterns — things like how many people visit, what pages they look at, and what device or region they're browsing from. This is aggregate, anonymized usage data; it isn't tied to your name or contact info unless you separately submit a form. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies beyond that, and we don't run retargeting ads.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our website host, solely to deliver your message to us by email. Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those platforms directly — their own privacy policies apply once you're there.
